Therapeutic massage has been proven to reduce pain and muscle tension, improve circulation and reduce inflammation, improve flexibility and mobility, decrease severity of fibromyalgia symptoms, decrease severity of arthritis, improve mood, and decrease symptoms of depression and anxiety.

At-home Massage
If you prefer massage in the comfort of your own home, I have your back. People prefer to be worked on in their own home for reasons ranging from mobility impairment to squeezing a session in while working from home.
1 hour: $120 + $0.70/mile outside Fort Collins.

Chair Massage Events
Chair massage is a great way to show your employees or customers you appreciate them - or to add something exceptional to your event. I have plenty of experience doing chair massage for events all the way from teacher appreciation week at Greeley School District 6 to church retreats in Estes Park
